Do any collectors remember a guy named Steve Vilarino? He used to circulate a very large list of films on super 8 and 16mm. On the list were many of the most sought-after Warners cartoons, some rare Disney stuff, and some really neat titles like the famous 10 minute spoof, "Hardware Wars". He also had some old Saturday Night Live stuff, like "The Mr. Bill Show".
I made a few purchases from him in the early 90's. The quality was usually C to B+ on average, and usually you had to wait a couple of months to get what you ordered. Sometimes, he would send stuff you didn't order instead, so I stopped dealing with him.
I wonder what became of all of those negatives.
Anyone else ever make a purchase from this guy. Nick.
