Blackhawk issued Mystery of the Mary Celeste at 18fps.There is a copy on ebay

John: Are you sure about that? I have a print that I've only run once years ago, but I'm sure I projected it at 24 fps and it looked and sounded fine.

One of the only 18 fps sound films I have is a Eumig promotional short about one of their Super 8 cameras.

The Chrysler Corporation auto repair manuals are 18fps super 8.

Dan Lail wrote on this forum recently that he had some.
