A good Popeye cartoon. Made in 1951. Runs 7 minutes. Super 8 sound. A Derran release. Sharp print. Color is nice. Storyline is A fast pace film. Popeye is in a country race. Up against a villain who will do his dirty best to win! But as usual Popeye saves the day! A good one to ad to your film hobby! Review by Leon Norris
