Can any kind soul let me know what the cost of a standard Super-8 silent cartridge would have been in the UK in 1965, 1970 and 1975 (or thereabouts!)?

Hello Richard

In February 1972 DCL in Hounslow Middlesex were advertising the following;

Kodachrome super 8 = £1.72

Agfa Super 8 = £1.72

Perutz super 8 = £1.58

Kodachrome standard 8 = £1.40

Agfa Standard 8 = £1.40

Fuji Single 8 = £1.72

These were their 'discount' prices and averaged 10 - 20p per cartridge less than the MRRP.
