Anyone know of a good repair guy for Elmo Super 8 Projectors? Namely the Elmo ST-1200 HD and D models?

Hi James, I do not know a service technician for the Elmos, however there are service manuals for both machines you mention here: http://www.mondofoto.com/manuals/

Simply scroll down to projectors and you'll find them both there...I hope that helps.

Gerald

I presume you're looking for someone in Italy but here in the UK Bill Parsons is the man. You'll find contact details on the Super 8 Links page of bfcc.biz.

The link John posted will not work as he has added a "full stop" at the end. Try this www.bfcc.biz

Actually, I am looking for someone in the U.S. that repairs Elmo Projectors. California would be even better.

Both those manuals are right here on the forum. Just look under manuals and go waaaaaaaaaaaay down almost to the bottom.

Contact Roy Neil, he fixed up my ST-1200 for me. He is moving right now so repairs (if it is something he can fix) may have to wait until he is completely moved.

Depending upon what needs to be done I may be able to help. I do not do much work on the audio chain ( amps, boards, soundheads, etc ) however anything on the mechanical side I am fairly adept at repairing.

James, what is the problem with you projector? I'll bet someone here on the forum can help you repair it.
