have found some old home movies belonging to my parents, along with a hanimex 924 that has a belt that looks like it is made out of chewing gum

i have read a few posts that say the hanimex is not great, so instead of replacing belt, i might buy another projector.

which projector would you recommend?

Hi Harry,
are you able to work out if your films are standard 8, super 8 or some of each? obviously if it's all super 8 then you might be better and cheaper buying a super 8 only machine rather than a dual gauge machine.
Do the films have a sound track?
