Hi Kevin,
Sort of....
There are two potentiometers mounted on a printed circuit board which is on the bottom of the chassis and inside the back cover. One adjusts the 18 FPS projection speed, the other the 24 FPS.
I adjusted mine for true 18 and 24 after I changed the motor. I'm not sure how much adjustability is available away from these speeds if for example you want to do telecine work with this machine.
The pain of it too is because of the inertia of the transport system, you tend to overshoot adjustments with these. At first I'd adjust it quickly and be satisfied with the speed only to find it kept going after I stopped adjusting, then I had to do it the other way with similar results.
The key is to make small changes, stop, let it settle, and and do it again in smaller and smaller adjustments until you are dead on. Otherwise you wind up chasing it all over the place.
