Dear Michael, the film "Revenge of the Vampire" was first released
by Derann on std 8 back in the early '70s and later re-released
on S/8 but abridged. The print wasn't as dense as the original
std 8mm which I still have,the S/8 I sold some years back.There
was also the original trailer put out by Derann and a couple of
teasers on one of the "Trails of Terror" reels put out by Collectors
Club many years ago.As far as I know Derann were the only
distributor to do this title, which is a shame as it is a classic film
and maybe CHC could be pursuaded to release it if enough
collectors showed interest.
