Is the problem with the gear solved?

Otherwise we can make this gear using new 3D print technologies!

I have good news. This gear is now in production again and ready for ordering at:

ELMO GS-1200, gear for arms with unilateral freewheeling bearing (PP-0106 Van Eck) (new)

New version of steel and high quality artificial fiber.
With unilateral freewheel bearing (one side is free and block the other side)

dimensions: inner diameter: 6 mm, outside diameter gear: 20 mm, thickness 12mm
Weight: 5 grams

If someone knows the Elmo product number for this gear, please let me know. I have not found yet the Spare Parts List for the Elmo GS-1200 projector.

Good news, another gear for the Elmo GS-1200 new in production again using 3D printing techniques!

ELMO GS-1200, gear for arms with unilateral freewheeling bearing (PP-0106 Van Eck) (new)

ELMO GS-1200, large gear in motor housing (PP-0105 Van Eck) (new)

Newly produced in high-quality plastic.

dimensions: inner diameter: 3 mm, outside diameter gear: 20 mm, thickness 7 mm

These reproduced gears are great! Is there a small one yet for the supply arm motor assembly? (not on the reel arm?)
