Does anyone know if the blade in this is replaceable like in the Kodak one?

I want to clean and sharpen it. I don't want to break it if I am not supposed to pull the blade out.

If this is the splicer I'm thinking of, the blade is molded into the plastic and it probably can't be removed and reinstalled.

(Is it the one on the hinged rod that swings under the editor?)
