Alberto recently striped about 1500' of super 8mm for me, and I can confirm the excellent results. And the balance stripe is quite wide as well, which is excellent! I have some S8mm striped prints where the balance stripe is this incredibly thin, tiny line and Alberto's balance is nice and substantial! The quality of the recorded sound is excellent in terms of s/n ratios, drop-outs, etc. I'll definitely be sending him more striping as my needs arise!

David, Does the wider balance stripe affect the image size?

Surely the balance stripe cannot affect the image size, considering the sprocket holes are in-between the stripe and the image?
