Hello to Everyone.

My mailman just delivered the above Atlas Warner editor just purchased on "da bay'. First thing I noticed was rattling inside the unit. The bulb lights but doesn't get to the screen so I removed the cover. 2 of the 3 glass mirrors came unglued and were installed with double back tape. The tape looks old and probably original and is in bad shape. I doesn't look like a precision installation but some dirction from others is welcome The old glue line are visible so I can at least get close to where they are supposed to be. I may try double back tape or a dab of slicone to experiment with...the unit projected before shipping so I assume they broke loose during the journey.

Any advice on this? Also, will the frame adjustment on the unit help make up for a not so accurate placement?

Thanks,

Update: After several attempts to get the mirror aligned I now have about 3/4 of the screen bright. This machine has a knob on the bulb socket so it can be adjusted for the brightest light. This makes a huge difference and the sweet spot is very narrow as you rotate it. I used a daub of silicone to hold them for trials which made them easy to remove for reposition.
