Can someone tell me if Prisoners of the Pirates and Join Up With Captain Hook are the exact same reels?

Based on descriptions I have read in American and British Disney catalogs, they seem to be the same. Of course these may be different edits, since I have encountered the American and British edits of "Pete's Dragon" are somewhat different.
