The second picture here is of an Eumig 610D. Anyone care to guess what the brand/model the first one is? Hint: It is not an Eumig.

It is a Bolex 18-3 Duo. I am not sure how a TC differs from a Duo, but I am sure the guts are the same.
The only difference I see between the two shown here is that the Bolex has a switch with a blue wire running to it. On the pic, it is on the left edge about 3/4 of the way down from the top. I don't know what that switch does.

The Duo came with a Bolex HiFi f:1.3\F:15-30mm.
The TC, in addition to the above, also could be supplied with a Bolex HiFi f:1.2\F:12.5-25mm.

Also the later bolex TC had a focus knob where as the earlier duo had the threaded lens that you twisted for focusing similar to the eumig 501 & 502
