I have run across a rather interssting standard 8mm silent print starring Shirely temple entitled, "Pardon My Pups" ...
I'm betting that this is a digest from one of Shirley's feature films ... anybody know?

Shirley Temple signed with Educational Pictures in January 1932, at age three, for $10 a day. She appeared in "Baby Burlesks", each taking an average of four days to shoot. She graduated to two-reel shorts in a series named "Frolics Of Youth".
Shirley finished with Educational (which went out of business shortly after she left) with two more "Frolics Of Youth" in 1934, these were Pardon My Pups and Managed Money .
In "Pardon My Pups" (1934) Shirley's friend wants a motorcycle for his birthday, and is disappointed when he learns that he is getting a dog instead.

Wow! That's actually kind of a rarity on super 8 then! Too bad it's so danged scratched ..
But hey, it's on Super 8!!!
I just LOVE this forum!! The info you get! I always knew about the "Baby Burlesques" that Shirley did (some of them available from Blackhawk films), but i never knew about this other series!
Many thanks for that info!
