Hi there!
I decided to sell my complete copy of Zombie / Dawn Of The Dead 8mm.
All three parts are complete, nothing is missing.

http://fs5.directupload.net/images/170721/7ouzo8zb.jpg

I watched them a few months ago and all colors looked great!
(had to buy the films a few times to get all copys without any red)

Language? German
Color fade? No
Scratches, lines? Not really
Splices? No
Number and size of reels? 3x 120m
Original box? Yes
Method of payment? PayPal
Worldwide shipping? Yes, no problem
300 dollars + shipping

Films are bundled with OST on vinyl and tape.

No idea about the price, can you help me here?
Most people i talked about this did try to rip me off.
Others said very high prices but nobody seems to pay them.
E-Bay says something around 200-400 euros but condition is bad and films are untested most of the time.

(Funny sidenote; I cannot list the films @ ebay because they are still banned in germany)

No worries, my ebay feedback is uroko-sakanabito and you can find me under this name @ Facebook.
Would also love to trade my films for japanese retro videogames :-)

PS Sorry for my bad englisch, we learn french at school here :-) [Wink] [Big Grin] [Smile]

thank you ! Did read it.
Still no idea about a fair price for both sides. 200 dollars sounds a bit to low imo.

399 (dollars) + shipping should be fair?

Daniel, like other sale posts, screen shots will be able to push your sale.

Cheers,

I agree, when I tried to go to those links on the fist post, the "internet cop" wouldn't let me view them. [Frown]

What fantastic boxes - it's great that they still look as pristine as the day they were made!

With a 'premium' title of this appeal, it's also good if you can indicate the stock the film is printed on - which you can probably establish by examining the sprocket edge with a magnifying glass. If that enabled you to say that it's a low fade stock as opposed to another that may be holding up unusually well, that would be to your advantage.

Hi, my biggest problem is that my good projector is gone.
Have to repair the other one first before i can make new "screens".
The image link in the first post is totally save, no worries :-)

Daniel if you no longer have a running projector, you can take a couple shoots of film cells. Place the film on top of white paper, give enough light to show the color of films. Use whitey light such as LED or fluroescent light (not incandescent lamps). Take the cells about 4m from the beginning, not the leader side.

This will give us the idea about your films and hopefully can boost your sale.

cheers,

ok, good tipp! I will do this @ the week end.
But as i said the colors where great last time i watched it (6 months ago)

Also had 2x bad copys of the film (red) and both did smell horrible. This one smells like a good sorted electro shop :-)

I got a few questions about shipping;
Its 36€ insured and trackable up to 5kg.
Thats needed to guarantee a save packaging and a happy buyer :-)
So the total for USA would be 330$ all in.

I will not pack this stuff in bubble wrap and send it uninsured!
