I did not see a review on this action packed film. I pick this up a few weeks ago! I was surprise how nice the print was and the color was good. Nice box in mint condition! This film was made in 1971. Steven Spielberg film. His first. It runs 17 minutes. Well Edited! Its very Repeatable! It stars Dennis weaver. He plays a man on the long lonely road. And soon finds out that he is being stalked by a maniac truck driver. That won't give up until he kills him. A must see film. If you can find it buy it! But find one like mine with good color. A lot of them are turning red!this review by Leon Norris

Good review Leon. I have never seen or owned this Digest but it sounds terrific!
I am a big fan of this early Spielberg thriller, released in the U.S. as a T.V.
Movie of the Week. Spielberg was hired to shoot more footage for a European Cinema release. I have seen both versions and they are both great! Spielberg chose Weaver to star based on his performance in "Touch of Evil" where his character uttered the phrase "you have another thing coming"...

I also like this very well edited version. This was one we bought at least 30 years ago but unfortunatly ours has a number of scratches.the print itself is good with some fade but still a reasonably good viewing. If i remember correctly we bought for a few pounds as an ex libary print here in Plymouth. We were going to sell it but decided against it as it would probably only go for a few pounds so we are awaiting a decent copy to turn up first. A very slim chance i think as so many are faded [Wink]

This is a very good digest. I have the 16mm 800' and it has good color. Great movie! [Smile]

This was filmed on southern California highways that are very familiar! So I was glad to pick this up a few years ago. I've been looking for an unfaded copy for years, Leon, so congrats on scoring one. Yes, this is highly repeatable and quite creepy.
