For the Elf 2000A Xenon (blue) has anyone a source of the lamps which are Ushio code UXL 351 E O.

Eiki had the lamps made specifically form their use by Ushio and Ushio does not sell the lamps.

An alternate source was/is Superior Quartz in New York. The name should turn up with various searches. While their clone was designed for the EX-3500, it will work in the 2000 as well.

I've used both the Ushio and the Superior 351's, and can attest to the fact that the Superior is a good lamp--quick striking and long lasting. I actually supplied the "model" for Superior to copy during their development phase, and highly recommend them. Their website is sqpuv.com. Ask for Dennis Losco, Jr.
