The framing lever is so loose that it just moves during projection requiring constant adjustment.
Can I fix this easily?

There are two small nuts (5.5mm) above and underneath aperture. Should be accessable from rear side (projection lamp housing). Turn both nuts 1/4 or half turn until spring washers have sufficiant pretension. Secure each nut with a small drop of womenīs nail paint (Iīm not sure wether it is called paint) or use adhesive.
If you canīt access them from rear side, remove whole film plate with lensholder.

Be careful when adjusting the aperture plate nuts. The screws are just "spun" onto the plate and if you over tighten them, they'll pull out resulting in having to replace the aperture plate.

You should make sure that the mating surfaces of the gate plate to aperture plate are clean and dry (in other words, don't squirt any WD-40 or other lubricant into the gate area or you'll have to figure some way of cleaning it out).
