I purchased a new takeup arm belt from Isellprojectorbelts for my Eiki sl o. For some reason when I played the film the takeup is not moving and film shoots out the front of the projector. I noticed the belt is slipping off the rollers inside the arm.I have no idea how to fix this. Is the belt too loose?

Does the rough part of the belt go on the inside or outside???

I just took the cover off my rear arm for you and checked my Eiki SSL-0 (that takes up fine) and it looks like the smoothest side (black) goes on the outside and the slightly rough side (blue) goes in
