Can anyone here tell me some titles of ww2 movies/documantaries? I have the documantry Verzet in Duitsland 2 (resistance in germany part 2) and I certainly want to get my hands on Kelly's heroes, Theirs is the glory, A bridge to far, The longest day. I am just wandering if there are more titles.

There are many, many WW2 feature films. It depends on what you like e.g. small-scale semi documentaries, epics, Hollywood, International, British, French, German, Italian or whether you want battle scenes or civilian war experiences. Documentaries made in the 1940s recommended are THE TRUE GLORY, DESERT VICTORY, WESTERN APPROACHES, WHY WE FIGHT series. Also OPEN CITY from Italy. From the 1950s the horrifying NIGHT AND FOG.
