Enoch Pratt library in Baltimore, Maryland has a collection of over 2,000 16mm films. These films are lent to clubs, organizations,
condo, etc. For example, got the print "Citizen Kane". Prints are not perfect and if expect a perfect print, please don't be disappointed. These films are available through you local library through Interlibrary loan.

These films are only available for libraries in the United States.
Your local library in the United States must have inter-library loan.

Did this a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the whole thing. My local public library seems to have idiots working for them because they couldn't make it happen, but a local college could. Go figure. Anyway, recommended, and the price is right if you're looking for low-cost materials for putting on shows like I do.
