Hi,
The camera was made in England, has a f1.9 focusing nonremovable lens, no single frame, and takes 50 ft spools. It is key wound. Could it have been made in the late 20's?

1929 was the year the Cine-Kodak BB was introduced.

I found the serial number which is 23084 on the winding key.
