It looks very much like the JAN (Joint Army Navy) projector made by Bell & Howell.

One of the Cinesea regulars is very big on the JAN machines.

At one time he had a connection with a military warehouse that sold these plus spare parts as surplus. He heard that they were closing the facility and tried to buy as much as he could, but by that point they had stopped all sales.

They scrapped dozens of machines. Many hadn't ever seen an inch of film.
