There is a supplier that doesn't care about his clients. He knows who he is and if I mention his name, this is slander. If you have nothing good to say about someone, I never say it. This supplier is not a man of his word and says he will offer a refund which he hasn't done for me concerning issues some leader I bough which the supplier hasn't done.

I don't want to mention the suppliers name since I have bought
reels from this supplier with no problem in the past

What is the point of this post? It is only slander if it what you say is not true. Not helpful to anyone really, is it, if the supplier is not named.
