Hi,
Is this a magnetic soundtrack? Never seen an optical print look like this.

So it will work in an optical sound projector like a Elmo 16CL? No noticeable audio quality issues?

It's functionally identical to variable area track hence no difference at output end. [Smile]

However in practice it's a bit noisier than variable area track (maybe because of the film grain more visible?). And I think it's more difficult in developing process. It eventually fell out of favor of variable area track.
