Be sure to mark your diary for a day at Ealing‚s popular British Film Collection Convention. Saturday 20th May is the day to remember. Derann will be attending with our usual skilful mix of New and Second Hand 8mm and 16mm plus a range of accessories, while I‚m sure that Keith Wilton and his faithful band of helpers will be on hand to project a range of spectacular film shows.
SPAM AND AOL
Over the last few months we have become increasingly aware of a problem that we have when replying to emails of AOL subscribers or when sending a newsletter to AIOL subscribers. AOL have an automatic spam filter which will reject any email (including newsletters) which it‚s system does not recognise the sender, I‚m sure we are not the only correspondents who find that they are unable to correspond and I understand that AOL users may need to talk to AOL themselves to sort out this problem.
