"Spotlight At The Fair" was one of a series made by Anthony Gilkison Associates for Rayant distribution. It was issued on 12th February 1951 with a 35mm length of 1637ft. The commentary was by Robert Beatty and was described as "The people behind travelling fairs." I have never seen any 16mm copies of this film series.
