I came across this on craigslist. He says its never been used. Who knows.

IMHO if it would still be "unused", then you wouldn't see those yellow Kodak-thingies on the photos...

The seller also says, "I don't think there is anyone who makes 16mm film any more". Clearly, he's not qualified to make the claim that the equipment has never been used (the camera and case are probably forty years or more old).
