Hello all i listed 2 super 8 sound little rascals films on ebay friday night only to have ebay pull them and say these are unauthorized copies, here is what they said:
Thank you for your recent listing on eBay. Unfortunately, we removed the

6414158015 - Super 8 sound Little Rascals Feed em and Weep

reels of film used by movie theaters to show movies. Members must state their
ownership or right to sell these prints and be able to prove it to eBay. This
policy extends to 35mm and 70mm picture shorts, such as cartoons.Your eBay fees
for this item have been credited to your account. All bidders on this item have
been notified of its cancellation.

Please note: violation of this or other eBay policies may result in forfeit of
eBay fees on cancelled listings, limits on account privileges and account
suspension.

Gawd, eBay is full of s*?!. Are they really so stupid as to not know the difference between 35mm/70mm and super-8? I would email them back immediately and relist your items and ask them to refund any doubled insertion fees. [Mad] [Mad]

Der Jim,

That is weird, especially as the UK site actually has a 35mm section, and I've sold many 35mm trailers with no problems at all, no one has asked me if I own them, perhaps it's a peculiarity of U.S. laws, but I thought our U.K. copyright laws are more stringent than the U.S., I'd email them and see what they say, or if your willing to sell internationally, then list them on the U.K. site, 8mm sells quite well on it.
