Fot a security reason I didn't place fund in my paypal account and only fund it through my account in a Bank.

I did a lot of payments today, but before I finished it, suddenly, paypal reminded me that I have been overlimit. What does it mean? Because I still have enough fund in my bank account.

How can I increase my limit?

Thanks

Hi Winbert,

I had a similar experience once, a long time ago, when I was collecting my very expensive Marantz Hi-Fi Stereo system, consisting of a large number of separates.

At that time PayPal themselves put a limit on how much they would allow through their system per account each month. Apparently it didn't matter whether you had funds in your bank, had funds in your PayPal account, or used credit cards - it was a security thing.

Now, whether or not the same thing still applies, I don't know, but it sounds like it might be the case. You could e-mail them to ask if a monthly limit still applies. I think it was somewhere around £2,500 per month when I just hit it, and I had to ask the seller to wait about a week or so till the end of the month - then all was OK again.

Hope this helps - but it might not!!!

Good luck,

Dave.
