On Saturday night a friend and I attended a concert called 'A Christmas Night At The Movies'
The Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra and a 50-strong mixed choir presented well over 2 hours of music from a selection of films including White Christmas, Ben-Hur, Harry Potter, The Dambusters, 633 Squadron,Sound Of Music and many more.
All this for just £7.00, which supports a cancer charity, a cause close to my heart.
The performance was superb and the great bonus was that the venue was just over one mile from home.
