After hundreds of complaints throughout the internet, finally the used-to-well-known lab is in the TV news for its bad activity:

This is really too bad; I didn't know that Rocky Mountain had a reputation for poor business practices.
In the back of my mind, they were always there as "the place I may never need, but if I do, they will be the one place that can do it" but it sounds like there is a big barrel of worms here. I wonder what the facts are?

I have sent footage to Rocky Mountain Lab and never received anything back, not even a reply to my several Mails and phone calls. That was three years ago. I have had a lab myself. This is unexcusable.

If the IRS has seized their assets (which is a rumor) then everyone's film is in the hands of the government, who is supposed to be sorting out a royal mess. Except that they'll liquidate those assets for pennies on the dollar, if that. Anyway, the lab may have been in trouble for a lot longer than anyone knew.
