Has anyone opened a case on eBay? I tried to work things out with the person who sold me the Sankyo Stereo 800 that the motor didn't run, but after promising me he would give me a 50% refund changed his mind. I opened a case on eBay yesterday. Has anyone on the forum had experience with this process and does eBay tend to favor the buyer or the seller?
