I use slide film in my View-Master stereo camera. I recently stocked up on several rolls of Fujichrome Velvia 100. That should last me a few years since I get over 70 stereo pairs on a 36 exposure roll.

Yes, I still regularly shoot Velvia in my Nikon FM3a, the colous and resolution are simply unbelievable. Anyone who hasn't seen a Velvia slide projected is in for a huge treat, especially as you can get top of the line projectors for peanuts now.

Chris, I just switched from Kodak Ektachrome to Fuji Velvia due to Kodak discontinuing slide film. I can't wait to see what the results look like. Do you prefer the look of the ISO 50 or 100? I bought several rolls of the 100 because I like to get a larger depth of field for my stereo photos.

I use the 50 ASA stuff myself - super fine grain, and as nice as Kodachrome or even better. The 100 is probably also great though.

Just recently got the slide film back "only took a week" and the results look really good, at the same time bought another roll of Fujichrome Provia 100F.
The price of film and getting them developed has gone up, but when you look at the results, its well worth it. I do hope 35mm slide film will continue to be available well into the future.
I notice that digital cameras are being made to look more like film cameras...funny eh!
