Thanks Steve, by slow,i mean real slow,not even enough torque to feed film into gate,no signs of smoke or smells,was working fine till stored

Look under General Yak section Mathew.
There is a previous post called Elmo repairs, same as this one, in which Steve replied to Michael..then there was another post called repairs that was the first to this topic which I restored once the topic had been brought back to life by Michael.

Paul Browning has very kindly offered his help to Michael with this as he lives quite close by.
