For those wishing to know (or try to work out the age of a print) I have just found a copy of the Derann Jan 2002 in which Derek stated that due to Agfa putting up the price of film stock by 120% the labs decided to go back to Kodak stock. Test prints had already been made and they would be using Kodak (LPP?) from mid January.

LPP stock will have a date code, but Agfa will not.

As far as I am aware the post 2001 LPP stock at derann did`nt show a date.

But I may be wrong.

I could never find any, but I could of just missed it.

Its colour fast etc and sharp but not so well slit or perfed as some other stocks.

Quite vriable results too, but more down to the labs.

Barry is a wealth of inpormation on that etc.

What are the poly super 8 now like, running wise etc.

Best Mark.
