There was a BBC TV programme the other night about Vera Lynn in which brief clips of her old home movies were shown. these were 16mm and very nice colour,so probably kodachrome.

It was a very good tribute programme about Vera. The old servicemen interviewed became very emotional at times. It goes to show how much affection and respect she has earned. Did anyone else spot the Pathescope 9.5mm clip from "Variety No1" of the 18 year old Vera singing with the Joe Loss band? The give away was the slight centre claw marks that appeared at one point. Ken Finch. [Smile]
