I recently had the pleasure of watching The Final Reel at one of the featured projectionist's home cinema, and it is a superb documentary about the UK cinema industry, right from the outset to the present day.

Professionally produced and narrated by the late, great Sir John Hurt CBE, I can thoroughly recommend this to everyone here you won't be disappointed I can assure you.

You are more than welcome - I have to confess this one had totally passed me by when it originally came out and it was only made a year ago - it is a documentary very close to all of our interests and experiences, both keen amateur cine enthusiasts and professionals alike, it has something for everybody.
