Hi Maurice, I have a USB LED light .as a bed side light that I use for reading, it is charged by plugging it into a bog standard USB charger and it stops charging when it is fully charged. I hope this helps. Regards,, Clive

Thank you, Clive, you say it stops charging when fully charged, but how long does it take? Or, as Steve says, leave it overnight.

I believe that link shows the battery to be 600mAhr so if you know what current you can draw from an USB port a minimum time could be worked out.

Problem now solved. Saw the giver today, my daughter, who has two of these torches. The answer is simple. When plugged into an USB socket the push-button on/off switch will glow red when in need of a charge. Green when fully charged.
