Congratulations to all the Engineers who worked on the perfect launch of the Falcon 9 rocket from the cape yesterday, and on the amazing return and vertical landing of the boosters. It all went like clockwork, making it look all so easy, which it is not. But that's the thing about engineers as opposed to politicians, they just get the job done with no fuss or self congratulatory fanfare.

I wasn't as impressed with the lift-off as I was with those two rockets actually coming back down and LANDING right on thier spots! THAT was majorly IMPRESSIVE!!!
Move over NASA, it's time for private enterprise to actually get the "space race" back on track. Actually, many commentators were saying just this, (that the space race is back on).
... the other great thing about this is that with private enterprises abnd private money being used to do this, it takes another thing (potentially) off the weight of tax-payers in the U.S.
