OK ...
for those who have seen my posts concerning this situation i have with Clyde Wall (ebays "reelwinderz"), I just to share a caution for all my fellow film collectors ...
If you are doing a private sale (that is, one apart from ebay or any other internet entity), if the seller asks you to send the paypal by the "gift" option ...
Never, EVER send it by the "gift" option!
Why?
Because once you do that, you lose all rights to ask for a refund thru paypal. Now, I had sent money to private sellers as a gift, (as, this saves the seller paypal fees), in the past, and never had a problem ...
This time I had, and I now know the reason for sending money in the regualr way and not by "gift".
So, just to hopefully help others collectors to not make my mistake.
