HI everyone. I just picked up my third 28mm projector from a friend. Now I have a Victor, a mains KOK and a dynamo KOK. The KOKs are more for display than use - the Victor is the most practical for actual use as it has an intermittent sprocket. But the KOKs are such wonderful exotic machines, they're hard not to love.

All these machines have received the highly skilled attentions of Martyn Stevens at some point. Last time I ran the Victor I must have overoiled, as when I brought the lights up afterwards, I found it had sprayed a nice vertical line of oil up the kitchen wall - not a popular move....

Chris beautiful machines! ! ! ! ! !
Amazing that the Dynamo model has an unbroken rewind, breathtaking...I have 2 KOK's but neither has the dynamo, and technically one is called "The Pathescope" because it is the US model....I finally got a Victor (at which point I sent my other Victor to said Martyn) but it is still covered in dust and grime because I have yet had time to fix it up....A Gorgeous collection! ! !

Thanks everyone! Dino, I am in total awe of your own collection, so thank you! I always thought the mains KOK was rarer than the dynamo version, but maybe I'm wrong. It's nice to have the rewinder, but it has enlarged too much (mazak), so doesn't actually engage the film spindle properly. And who needs a Victor when you have the Premier, I would almost kill to get one of those - they are surely the ultimate for 28mm. My mains KOK once belonged to Gerald McKee, and is the model pictured early on in his 'Film Collecting'.

Incredible machines in wonderful condition, Chris. The KOK's look like contemporary sewing machines. Hope you have enough film to "feed" them.
