This question is a long shot. The frame line adjuster is not moving the line out of the frame. The line is visible about a third of the way down. Is there an adjustment inside the projector for this? I've never seen so many moving parts in such a small machine, but I can find anything that does the trick. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. When the machine was new, it was generally possible to get most prints to frame correctly, though at the time I noticed that it would tend to place lower than other projectors.

Granted, there is less than 100 hours on this machine. Still, the framing is getting worse and worse, and it is rare to get a frame line to not hang down any more.

I know of no solution, nor anyone who currently services these. So add my voice to the noise!
