Hi all,

I do remember that we have ever discussed here that faded 3D prints will not bring the 3D effects.

I can understand it due to colors presentation is part of the 3D effects itself.

But I found this list selling 3D 8mm film in B/W.

How come the 3D effects are presented in B?W film?

enlighten me please!,

Hi,

that colour-film will look like b&w when watched through 3d-glasses. Hence "b&w" is correct without being correct [Wink]

Brownish and Whitish would be more accurate [Big Grin]
Remember that some early 3D films were shot in B&W using the polaroid system. "Creature from the Black Lagoon" is a good example. Since there's no easy way to use the polaroid system in super 8, films were released in anaglyphic (cyan/magenta).
