Hi there Mark, my name is Alex and I'm a recent member to the forum. I have recently gotten bitten by the film bug. At the present I have two bolex h8's, a d8l, and a GAF projector. Hopefully soon, I will get my hands on some double 8mm film and get going.

Just found this old thread when I was "browsing" the archives - it's a bit dusty in there, so I thought I'd trawl it out of the depths for a bit of an airing. Funny to think that in the past 4 years we have climbed to the dizzying heights of nearly 900 members, all the way from just a hundred.

Be hice to hear a word or two from some of the quieter chaps who have swelled our numbers recently, it's always interesting to know who's about and what their interests are...
