Mark...I just got this print and mine is scope. Great film! The color is beautiful. I also have the Derann 600' digest in scope and it is excellent as well.

I was wondering who put this out...it is Walton? My copy did not come in a box, just a reel. (a very full 200')

It was Walton (as indicated by the title of the thread!) It was sold in a typical Walton illustrated '400 box but I think the original price was less than for a normal '400. I'd guess that they probably sold more flat copies than scope but it will probably be impossible to establish the proportions.

I have a 16mm promo for the film which is a similar length but I think is different has it has some interview-type footage. (I no longer have the Walton release but if I remember rightly, it's entirely scenes from the film?)

Yes it is various scenes from the film and the very end introduces the cast with a narrator. It's a very nice 10 min trailer for the film. I thought it was a production short but I am very happy with what it is.
