I just got a nice old Keystone K-108, but it is having a couple of problems. when the speed dial is all the way at its fastest, it seems like it is only running at about 18 frames per second, when it should be at at least at 24.
Secondly when the clutch is in the still position, the spindle still wants to turn ever so slightly. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
