Saw this on Ebay...didn't know this was ever made...anyone had any experience with this....

I've never seen this one either. According to Jürgen Lossau's Movie Projectors the TP-8 (approx. 1962) was Elmo's first standard 8mm sound projector to read mag stripe, later redesigned for Super 8mm as the ST-8.

I checked that out. Looked nice and clean. Doesn't it make you wonder where these things have been all these years?
