Can anyone provide me with info on how to feed 8mm film through this projector for viewing? How can I obtain a manual for the P90? I hesitate showing my ancient family tapes as I don't want to destroy them. Should I have them put on a DVD first, so as not to take any chances? Can anyone recommend where to send them with some assurance they won't be lost in the process? Any and all help is appreciated.

Here is a manual for an 85. It will thread the same. Very simple. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-REVERE-85-8MM-Projec tor-OWNERS-MANUAL-1949-/130489343396?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e61c55da4

I would also advise getting your hands on some 8mm film on Ebay, any inexpensive small reel will do, or buy a roll of leader, to test the projector and your threading technique before you put your valuable home movies on it.

Costco is the best deal that I have found at about $0.11 per foot.
